Thanks! Of course, this is just another example of "things that are not chemtrails". Unless you go and define "chemtrail" as "chemical sprayed from a plane", in which case there are hundreds of different kinds, so what is everyone arguing about?

Mick. did you make a post at contrailscience about the origin of the chemtrails hoax? I am going to prepare one and I would prefer not reinvent the wheel.

I did some digging into the earliest mentions on the net:

In some ways the more organized they become, the easier it is to focus a rebuttal. However, there's the flip side in that they reach a wider audience, larger number of believers, which then fragments in various directions.
