Why would you come to a debunking site to get something like this signed? You might have better luck taking it to Infowars or trying to get Micheal J. Murphy to publicize it.
Frankly, I'd love a White House response to this "issue," although it will probably just make the conspiracy theorists more sure than ever about chemtrails when the response comes back as:
"There is no such thing as chemtrails."
The one character aspect I am most proud of is being able to recognize that something can be a total load of crap.

But as far as the petition goes, I recommend you do a little bit of research on how contrails are formed and to critique the information presented by conspiracy videos first, for I can almost guarantee that the Obama administration is going to look at this petition and have no idea what you are talking about.
Somebody didn't read the google description properly then.
The executive branch has been responding to that issue for over a decade. They have wasted thousands of We The People's dollars doing so. The promoters of the hoax have subverted this by falsely claiming to their followers that they have gotten no responses.
One more reason why the chemtrails hoax is a bad thing, it wastes We The People's money explaining why a silly hoax is a silly hoax.
The chemtrails believer community needs to rise up and loudly demand that their leaders rectify the false claims they have been making and pay resitution for the waste, distraction, worry and mental suffering they have brought on to thousands of people they have misled. That same leadership avoids real action because it exposes them to real science which spells an end to their falsehoods. That is why the hoax remains attractive to new minds. Until those leaders are forced into that position by their followers, there will be no solution and as time passes the chance of even more negative consequences draws nearer. The leaders will never solve anything until they are forced into it, they will only continue to delude more people and drag out the situation to prolong their power. There is no positive end game for any chemtrail believer, it is a downhill struggle in the slow lane that leads to a dead end, unless they have a revolution of self-revelation to free their own minds from the controllers.

I would be happly to sign a petition that says don't start geoengineering by stratospheric spraying. Otherwise, I agree with comments 2-6.
