the 12x etc. means it is a homeopathic dilution. Items diluted down to nothing but water ae considered curative in homeopathic medicine. When I explained that to a normal person, they said, "Well, that's pretty .alt thinking, isn't it?"

Although scientifically it would be more accurate to say they use water, what with it being 12C (1 in 10^24 dilution, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 parts).

I'm pretty sure that 99% of the people who use homeopathic medicine have no idea what it is actually made of. They just think it's a form of herbal medicine.

Placebo works the other way in the case of people with psychosomatic responses to "getting sprayed". They're pulled between thinking that contrails and regular old cirrus clouds are making them ill and these "remedies" that make them "feel better". It is a marvelous scam for the hucksters. Every time the upper levels of the troposphere get cold and saturated the believers see the cirrus and contrail cirrus and "feel ill" and the hucksters have just the answer.

Why am i always blown away by these conspiracy pages?

Anyway, they claim 50 USC §1520 'gives the Secretary of Defense authority to order testing "involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population" for research purposes'.

Section 1520 doesn't exist (http://tinyurl.com/7ty2hf9).

But §1520a ("a") does exist (http://tinyurl.com/6sfr5bg) and is titled "Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents", and it explicitly prohibits the Secretary of Defense from conducting chemical or biological testing on civilian populations and/or human subjects (§1520a(a)). This prohibition does have exceptions §1520a(b). But the exceptions come with conditions as set out in subsections (c), (d), and (e).

If i were to think like a conspiracist for a moment, i would latch onto the language in §1520a that specifies "The Secretary of Defense may not conduct …" This would not prevent, say, the CIA from conducting these actions.

As i read further, i see a list of very dangerous sounding symptoms. The solution is some kind of homeopathic blend of herbs. I can't believe they're telling people suffering from these horrible-sounding symptoms to seek a homeopathic solution rather than seeing a real medical doctor.
