Use of [EX] and [BUNK] tags for external content

To clarify where quotes come from I've added the [EX] and [EX=] tags. Which should be used for quoting external sources. Examples
[EX]A wingnut is someone on the far-right wing or far-left wing of the political spectrum - the professional partisans, the unhinged activists and the paranoid conspiracy theorists. They're the people who always try to divide rather than unite us.[/EX]

    becomes
    Quote Content from external source:

    And
[EX=http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/o/oswaldmosl204923.html#y4VUkO3eFMzTkVPQ.99]Anyone who knows how difficult it is to keep a secret among three men - particularly if they are married - knows how absurd is the idea of a worldwide secret conspiracy consciously controlling all mankind by its financial power; in real, clear analysis.[/EX]

You can also EX something by selecting the text, and then clicking on the X button in the tool bar (next to the quote button)
