    Sofia Smallstorm aka Sofia Shafquat

Some people might think that this um... far-fetched video might seem too ludicrous to be worth mentioning, but it is being promoted by chemtrailers, and Sofia Smallstorm seems as happy as ever to be selling her misinformation.

The premise? "This is the DVD of Sofia Smallstorm's 2011 talk at Conspiracy Con, which got a standing ovation. Dot-connecting as you may not have seen it before, with over 100 Powerpoint images to take you through this mind-boggling terrain. Let's leave the simple concept of aerosols-for-weather-modification behind for a while as we explore a frontier that is currently booming but may well have a deeply hidden agenda. Robotics, genetics, nanotech and A.I. promise a fantastic future, but will we ever arrive there and if so, what exactly will we be? What is the scope of planetary engineering, and how much of the planet does it include? A must-see!"

There are so many gigantic, implausible leaps and gaping, fact-resistant holes I don't know where to start! Certainly she takes snippets of science, huge doses of pseudoscience, and a great deal of imagination, creating a cacophony of conspiratorial nonsense. Her qualifications that make her an "expert in 'chemtrails'", by the way, are a degree in art history. But hey, she quotes from an actual scientist to tell us that pollution can have an effect on the weather (poor man to be dragged into this nonsense; I wonder what he'd think if he knew) Then it just gets, well, very implausible.

As Sofia Shafquat, she made 9/11 Mysteries Part 1: Demolitions, which led to a lawsuit filed by Rick Siegal, unhappy that she had doctored his original footage:

    (lawsuit summary here: http://www.rfcexpress.com/lawsuits/c...et-al/summary/)

She then countersued. Does anyone know what came of all that? She since uses the surname "Smallstorm".

Even some of her fellow conspiracy theorists have found her "theories" to be peppered with inconsistencies:

She's still peddling her wares at Avatar and elsewhere - DVDs, books, postcards and other formats, full of thoroughly discredited and debunked hokum.

One interesting part of the Morgellons mythology she presents is the hexagons, which they also refer to as "glitter"

What they don't seem to realize is that it actually IS glitter. Just regular glitter that's used in makeup, and in crafts and found on greeting cards and decorations. Glitter is usually cut into hexagons because that makes it glitter more, and the the size is down to 0.5mm where it's referred to as glitter powder.
