Cassandra Anderson is the pen name of the women who edits GEDs Reality Zone and also brought the WITWATS project to him to co-produce. This is her latest attempt at persuading her conspiracy peers that Geo-engineering(chemtrails) are really just a Bill Gates plot to depopulate the planet.

Cassandra uses this guardian article to support her claim that Bill's scientists are lobbying the government for money, when really they're just being called to inform politicians on the subject of geoengineering. They are the experts after all. I tried a small debunk of the guardian article over here...

She makes an interesting argument. Bill Gates is funding research on geoengineering. Geoengineering could have adverse affects. Therefore, Gates secretly wants to kill everyone.
