Are you debunking John Lear? That is what this forum is for.
Actually the video speaks for itself. John comes up with many bizarre claims in many different videos. He has claimed amongst other things that Venus has a breathable atmosphere. The binding thread on all of the claims he makes is that he offers no verifiable proof. They are just unsubstantiated claims. I did read somewhere that he had some mental illness problems... however I cannot find the link. Consider that unsubstantiated.
Cal, if all you are going to do is throw in videos of unsubstantiated claims, such as what Lear describes here and videos of innocent aircraft contrailing claiming they are "chemtrailing", I think people may simply treat you as a troll. Do you have ANYTHING you personally have thoroughly researched that you wish to present?

I have much experience with John and know first hand what he believes. Suffice it to say, I wouldn't put much faith in what he says. He was thrown off ATS after being given a spotlight position there.
I'd love to say different as John is very nice when he's calm and just conversing or emailing back and forth, but there are times when he gets "off center". He used tell me some things that were so far out, that I wouldn't even comment back to him as I didn't want to hurt his feelings.
Bottom line is that John is a great story teller and a terrific source of novelty, but if you want to really learn something, he's not the guy.
If you ever speak to him, ask about his gold mine. He likes talking about it, but is extremely paranoid at the same time. Actually, he's extremely paranoid about most everything.
John is primarily entertainment . . . however, his body of experience seems impressive . . . he usually tells you when he is presenting his opinion and suspicions and when he is communicating what he considers fact. It is the facts where one gets in deep trouble . . . they are usually either his own observations which are difficult or impossible to substantiate or are third party testimony from veiled sources. I like John personally but would not stake my life on his reality . . . I do believe he is honest and believes what he is saying . . .

I think this person John Lear may have a serious problem with brain state dillusions, which allows him to believe and manufacture an ever growing fantasy that feeds his own insecurities of factual intellect.
