It thought a balloon was ruled out on account of the strong wind . Maybe I remember incorrectly, but I thought the movement of the object didn't correlate with a balloon in strong wind

That's weird. Just noticed in the video they say the wind is blowing at 31 Knotts or 57Km/h But the weather for that day says the wind only went up to 15Km/h They were west of San Clemente Island , but I can't see there being that much of a difference Source...
