Multiple UFOs near Southampton airport (2005)

No too certain that is the case. After 8 seconds, there is no coloured object or light in view anymore, so hard to say it is switched to B&W. I don't expect it to be switched. EDIT. I watched it 10x and I am now agreeing the yellow light turns white.

"Metapod" UFO. Top voted post of the month on r/UFOs, maybe top of all time

So we are seeing an inflatable jamon leg model? I would not be surprised it exists.

Yup, the balloon resemblance is striking, and I am also betting on that.. Cgi is few steps further in the list of logical options.

I don't trust the light reflections on the object. If there is overcast, why the strong reflection? I could be wrong totally here, but my gut feeling says it is not a real object, but cgi added.

Ok guys, how sure are we this is not an elaborate hoax using cgi? The zooming into it looks a bit od to me. Perhaps it is just me, distrusting anything related to ufos.

It is funny indeed that that crowd is going for the "aha! they cannot come up with a match, so we were right: it is aliens". Okay, fair to say that there a thousands of users on that sub, so a mix of everything is what you expect. However, the ones that shout the loudest, seem to "win".

If you want a nice chuckle today, head over to reddit. Some are claiminging with dry eyes that it is an alien pod, and some even see an alien. Meaning: don't ever think they will believe us. Just no hope with the "I saw a speck of light in the sky, so I am convinced we are being visited, so...

Could it have been some kind of RC plane etc. show or demo? Being "a nice summer night" and the airport closed...

Multiple UFOs near Southampton airport (2005)

@Rocky I agree that "no sound" should not be used as an argument. Sound is affected a lot by wind and the direction of it. I see the lights having some kind of "headlights", as you can see the brightness go up when they make a turn.

NYT: GIMBAL Video of U.S. Navy Jet Encounter with Unknown Object

Every other day there is someone on reddit trying to disprove / discredit / scold / Mick, for his vision on the Gimbal one, it is hilarious.

A Tear In The Sky - Nimitz/Tic-Tac/Catalina UFO Documentary

That is my exact point of criticism to Loeb's plans. I guess the observing station should have the ability to make a good resolved sharp image of an UAP, giving rise to magnification, and thus a telescope is the obvious choice. But a telescope has generally a very small field of view, and so a...

A Tear In The Sky - Nimitz/Tic-Tac/Catalina UFO Documentary

They indeed all look like (larger angle) optics on a thermal cam. No VIS telescopes, it seems. Ok, well you gotto make sure the object observed remains unresolved, right? They should have included a Smell-O-Scope, perhaps more luck.

Claim: People can walk through walls

@Mauro Very bad yes, it is hilarious. I guess the patent examiner would have had a good laugh that day the application came in.
