    So from what I can work out the ATFLIR is modelled in the F/A18 Hornet pack for flight sims https://www.vrsimulations.com/superbug.php so the devs know the specs.

    I would imagine a well insulated bird at 10,000 feet is going to be colder externally than the background ocean.
