If you open https://video.sitrec.org, you can import or drag in a video file to view. But more usefully, you can drag in (or copy and paste) the URL of
- A Metabunk thread that mentions a PR video number in the title, e.g.
https://www.metabunk.org/threads/do...e-revision-iir-1777-j0032-22-kazakhstan.14909
- A war.gov PR link, like:
https://www.war.gov/UFO/?type=.vid&releaseDate=Release+02#DOW-UAP-PR059-NAG-UAP-1-Jun-20
- A DVIDS asset page, like:
https://www.dvidshub.net/video/1007...so-near-sub-callsign-2022-03-25-and-out-water
The DVIDS loading should work with any video, not just the PR videos, e.g. drag in this Green Triangle page:
https://www.dvidshub.net/video/843593/navy-2019-west-coast-video
You can also drag in non-PR Metabunk threads, and it will load the first .mp4 file it finds.

These will give you a shareable link that just loads the video directly, like:

Once loaded, there's a variety of editing options if you right click, or look under the "Video" menu (and these also work with images)
You can set in and out points (I, O, or drag the green and red markers on the timeline), zoom in, and then render the video with adjustments (still a bit of a work in progress, report bugs!)
