The difficulty anyone has with this is trying to show that the 'curved shape' is actually due to optical distortion (which I do) as opposed to its physical characteristics (ie a saucer shape). Its interesting to note that the 'optical distortion' is only visible in the parts of the video shot...

And also that much of the harassment is from the 'ufo community' towards prominent investigators and scientists who show scepticism or identify UAP as prosaic phenomena.

The problem with cases like this is that the only evidence is witness testimony. Whilst it might be possible or likely that the sailors saw starlink (train or flares) without a video or photo we can't objectivly counter their claims.
