It all depends on the angles. And at night anything bright in the cockpit will probably be visible. Therefore most controls/lights are dimmed, but not dimmed enough to not cause a reflection.

@markus Indeed these accelerated particle beams are interesting! I was just triggered by the pure definition of a hologram, meaning it is "(re)creating wavefronts by optical interference using a laser", which is dissimilar to projection, obviously.

I agree on the idea of them being Air Force training and formation flying. I found a recent entry on reddit LINK, where it was not Chile but France. They look very much identical, you can make out the grouped (5-7) planes have circular flight paths.
